Marc Guerbilsky, the man who hit perfect-perfect last night to stay in the tournament, was just eliminated in 13th place. This brings the Event into the money, with a minimal cash prize of $2,400.
On the hand that crippled Guerbilsky, he raised from the button, and was shoved from behind by Nick Nickoletopoulos. Guerbilsky instantly called, holding . Nickoletopoulos showed – he had tried to pick up the late position raise. The board came , a dagger in Guerbilsky’s side. He was left with about 45K, which went in on the next hand against his now nemesis, Nick Nickoletopoulos, who had the aces this time. Guerbilsky’s flopped a flush draw, but did not complete, and he left as the bubble boy. The whole tournament was quite a ride for him.
