Eric Davis was down to a single big blind, before winning the main pot in a hand that gave him a seven-fold increase. After that, he went straight back to the waiting game, and dropped to one big blind, again. That’s when this hand happened, all-in preflop:

Eric Davis: Jack of Diamonds Jack of Hearts
Éric Moniquier: Ace of Diamonds Jack of Clubs

When the dealer proceeded to reveal the board, the window card was an ace, but Davis did not despair for too long:

Jack of Spades King of Hearts Ace of Spades 5 of Clubs 5 of Spades

    Eric Davis
    Éric Moniquier

Twenty-four players busted since the bubble; an expected pace increase. Among these players, Jerry Joseph Jaber, the chip leader at the start of Day 2. Two unattended bags are still in at the tables. Both contained a little over 200K, and have about half of that left.
