As soon as Serge Roy and Dany Debs became the last two players, the clock was stopped so that the gentlemen could discuss a possible deal. The players asked the tournament director to figure out what the ICM chop was.
As is customary during events, in any deal, a minimum amount has to be laid aside for the champion. In this case, the amount was set at $260 minimum.
At this point, chip leader Dany had 1,690,000 chips, whereas Serge had 880,000. The numbers came back and both men quickly agreed to a deal that would give Dany $2,652 and Serge $2,415.
