The kickoff event in the 2018 WPT Montreal is the WPT500, featuring a massive $1,000,000 prize pool guarantee. Players can join by playing one or more of the 10 total Day 1s (including the Turbo Day 1G). This is a best stack forward tournament with one entry and one re-entry permitted per starting flight. Everyone will play through 16 levels before players bag up chips to take to Day 2.
Online Day 1A started at 9:00pm on Sunday, October 21, and this first opportunity to qualify for Day 2 saw a total of 81 entries. 15 of those players have qualified for Day 2.
