After a backbreaking hand-for-hand session, players have finally reached the money. During that period, Shijaudin Daud Sha and Lorne Wechsler battled a few times, with chips going back and forth, but never committing all. Sébastien Labbé and Michael Levy got most of the pots on one other table, while William Blais literally abused the last table, raising all-in shamelessly every second hand, or more.

In the end, it was Patrick Secord who bit the dust on the bubble, when his short all-in was called by Sébastien Labbé:

Secord: Jack of Spades Jack of Clubs
Labbé: Ace of Diamonds Queen of Hearts

Board: 8 of Clubs 3 of Clubs Queen of Spades Queen of Diamonds 6 of Diamonds

The long hand-for-hand period left a handful of players with very few chips, and these are expected to roll the dice sooner than later.
