The final event of this Power Weekend, the $330 6-Max, has drawn 91 entries. This robust turnout let the prize pool easily surpass the $20,000.00 guarantee.
Given the short-handed format, this event forces the players to open up their ranges and make moves in order to accumulate chips. And since there’s so much room at the table, the players can do so without rubbing elbows with their neighbours. As we enter level 7, the field is already down to 67; the players clearly aren’t waiting for aces to go all in.
