Govert responded to a middle position raise by Martin by shoving his 113K stack and Martin tanked for a little while but eventually folded.
Then Matt open shoved 70K on the button. Pratyush folded in the small blind but Tim threw in a chip to call.

In a stunning hand, Martin Jacobson has eliminated Connor Drinan in 7th place.
Connor raised UTG to 17K, and Martin 3-bet to 40K. Connor thought about it and 4-bet to 77K – to which Martin responded with a snap 5-bet shove. Connor quickly called and was at risk for his tournament life.

From the button, Tim raised to 16K and Martin re-raised all-in. Martin covered Tim at the time. Tim quickly called and the hands were turned over.

The flop was great for Tim: but the turn brought a little bit of a sweat: . Martin now had flush and gunshot draws but the on the river proved to be safe for Tim who counted down 197K to be added from Martin’s stack (plus the antes and BB). Martin is down to 247K.

The first substantial action of the day has just taken place and resulted in Timothy Reilly taking a nice 136K pot.
Preflop, Connor Drinan raised to 13K from middle position and Tim called from the hijack. The flop came . Action was checked to Tim, who bet 14K. Connor called. The turn was the and both players checked. The river came 
and Connor checked. Tim bet 32K and after a short period of thought, Connor called. Tim showed for the nut flush and Connor opted to muck.
The High Roller has been going for half of a level already and so far most of the hands have been “raise and take it” affairs with a couple of “raise-three bet-take it” hands and just two flops in the first 15 or so hands. C-bets won both of those.
