Christopher Kruk opened with a raise, which was called by Niall Farrell. John Krpan, holding a pocket pair, did not lose any time and shoved 940K. He had been looking for a spot to gain some traction, and when Niall called, he was in a flip.

Viktor ”Isildur1” Blom opened from an early position to 225K. Niall Farrell and Victor Ramdin both called, and they went to the flop 3-way. Isildur1 placed a continuation bet of 350K, and only Niall tagged along. The turn and the river saw Isildur1 press hard with 1M and 2.5M. Both bets were called by Niall.

Niall played his hand very solidly, waiting Viktor out and controlling the pot.

Shortly after, Isildur1 found himself in a really tough spot, and with a lot less chips than what he started the final with. Chance Kornuth opened a pot to 225K, and Isildur1 called. The flop came very relevant, and Isildur1 check called 200K. He also check called the turn for 675K, and when the monster river appeared, he check called an all-in bet that had him covered, after using all of his time extension cards.

What a terrible run out for Isildur1, who was sent to the rail rather early, a very sour conclusion considering his healthy stack at the start of the final. John Krpan and Anthony Zinno are happy campers, promoting into the money with just over 10 big blinds, while Chance runs away with the lead, our only player over 10M.

On the very 1st hand of the final table, John Krpan raised to 225K, and Chance Kornuth flat called. Joao Simao, the shortest stack on the table, moved in. Only Chance called.

Chance was very tricky, just calling John’s raise with the 3rd best pair. Unfortunately for Joao, he was also dealt a premium, but was far behind. His departure leaves only 8 players in the Super High Roller, meaning players are now on the bubble.

From 47 entries, Event 3 has funneled down to just 9 players, allowing the Super High Roller to merge onto the final table on the stage. Darren Elias is in the driver’s seat, but a few other players are quite healthy, and all of them certainly have what it takes to go the distance.

Sean Winter, who was getting quite short, was just eliminated when his hit a flop. His opponent’s was way ahead and stayed in front, actually catching a ten on the river.

Winter’s departure will allow the final table to be formed. Nine players will battle it out on the stage with one thing in mind: the $373,000 first prize and the very cool MILLIONS trophy. Seven players will be paid today. Action will resume in about 15 minutes.
