Following 14 levels of play, there are 27 players remaining in the Finale, and Philippe D’auteuil has maintained his chip lead. But with players such as Chance Kornuth, Jonathan Duhamel, Jeff Gross, Shaan Siddiqui, Victor Ramdin and Darren Elias still in the field his lead is far from safe.

We are seeing poker at the highest level on display in the MILLIONS Finale.

Three, four, and even five-bets have become a regular occurrence as we near the end of level 14 on Day 2. With the blinds at 25/50K, Timothy Reilly opened the action to 125K before Jonathan Duhamel, immediately to his left, raised the stakes to 355K. Arkadiy Tsinis, on the button, then put out a four-bet to 850K. Reilly got out of the way, and Duhamel came over the top with a raise to 1.475M. Tsinis went deep into the tank before finally making the fold after a few minutes of deliberation. And just like that Duhamel added a million in chips to his stack.

Zachary Donovan is now leading the MILLIONS Turbo with over 10 million in chips. Following with about 8 million are Philippe D’Auteuil and Chance Kornuth.

The partypoker staff is working on the payouts. With 126 entries, players will enjoy a nice 25% boost over the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.

The MILLIONS Finale has proven to be very popular this afternoon, as the re-entries have been piling up to bring the total number of entries to 126.

Philippe D’auteuil has managed to maintain the chip lead, and Zachary Donovan is a close second. But there is still a long way to go in this three-day event so everyone in the field still has a shot.

Jeff Gross raised to 75K from the under-the-gun position and the action was folded all the way to François Billard in the big blind. Billard raised it strong, and Gross was facing a 245K bet. He did not call it, but simply put out a big stack of 100K chips. Billard announced all-in, in case the stack did not cover him, and they went to a strong showdown:

Billard: King of Diamonds King of Spades
Gross: Ace of Spades Ace of Clubs

Board: Queen of Diamonds 9 of Clubs 9 of Spades 7 of Clubs 3 of Clubs

The effective all-in was 1,225,000 chips. Gross hits 2.5M.
