It’s almost a trend – players come to Playground from all over Canada and the US for a big series, and sometime during the festivities a Jackpot is won. In March it was a huge Primary Bad Beat Jackpot, and this time a Secondary Bad Beat Jackpot was won!
We don’t have the full recap of the hand, but by the time it was over, Quad 8s lost to a straight flush made up of the 5 to 9 of diamonds.
The winner of the hand was Shawn Brian, who gets the small share of the jackpot, $9,400. Costa Psallidas was the loser of the hand and gets the large share of the jackpot, $18,800! The other players on the table each shared $1,343.
