Ludovic Lacay has been quite active today, having gone all-in a number of times already. He finally got called, as he went all-in for 550K over the UTG raise of 75K by Serge Cantin, who made the call.

Hauke Gerdey has been eliminated from the tournament in 18th place and Jonathan Little is out in 17th place.
Antoine Berube just took a fair amount of chips from Sylvain Siebert. After Raising preflop, Antoine’s 130K flop bet on a
board was check-raised by Sylvain to 300K. He completed the call, and they both checked the
turn. When the river came
, Sylvain led out with a 1M bet, and Antoine had something to think about. He wasn’t given much time to do so though, as Lily, who saw lots of her chips go towards Antoine at the start of the day, called clock on him after just over a minute. Near the end of this minute, Antoine announced he was all-in, and now it was Sylvain who was in a tough spot. He eventually folded, and Antoine moved up to nearly 4 million in chips.
Lily Kiletto has been very active since the start of the day,but unfortunately her stack took a bit of a hit during this time.
After calling a 3-bet from Antoine Berube, who raised Lily’s 55K open to 145K, Lily lead out on all three streets, for 100K, 175K and 280K respectively, and got tank-called by Antoine all the way to showdown. She opened pocket 3s, for just a pair, and was beat by Antoine’s pocket As, who is now close to the 3 million chip mark.
The next hand she got involved in a pot with Marco Cannizzaro, who called her river bluff with A-high on a double paired board, as she showed down Q-high, effectively losing another chunk of her chips. She is now holding on to around 800K, down almost a million since the start of the day.
Players are now on a short chip-up break, and play will resume in level 25 momentarily.
The shortest stack going into Day 4 action has just doubled. Pat – who is a Playground tournament regular and recently final tabled the WSOP-C Lac Leamy – folded the first few hands of the day and even when it was his BB when there was a raise and a 3-bet he got away from the hand.
When he was in the small blind, however, action folded to him and he shoved all-in for just over 100K. Zennawi Petros called from the BB and the players flipped over
(Pat) and
for Zennawi.
The flop came
to put Zennawi in the lead, and the
didn’t give Pat any help. The famous
on the river was good for him though, and he won the hand. Patrick is still short-stacked but has a little more breathing room.
The PartyPoker WPT Montreal Main Event – Day 4 is just minutes away from beginning, and there are 18 players left all going for that $517,049 first prize and a chance at joining the WPT Champions Club.
Leading the field is Sylvain Siebert, who finished 5th in this same event last november, and is looking to improve on that score. He is bringing nearly 3 million in chips to the tables. Right behind him in chips is Derrick Rosenbarger, who has a stack of 2.8M.
The WPT Canadian Spring Championship winner from this past May, Amir Babakhani, is also still in the running, holding just over 1.6M.
Poker heroes Griffin Benger, Ludovic Lacay and Jonathan Little are also here today, but are all grinding short stacks.
Day 4 will play down until we have our televised final table of 6, which will be played out tomorrow afternoon at 3pm. The unofficial final table will begin at 10 players.
Good luck!
