Late in level 13, with the blinds at 35K/70K, Marc Macdonnell opened the action to 150K from middle position. His neighbour, Michael Pitcher, raised him to 350K. The action quickly folded back around to Macdonnell who, not to be deterred, re-raised to 950K. The four-bet gave Pitcher a tough decision, one that he took a few minutes to make, before calling.
