Aaron Massey just had a wonderful spot to wake up with aces.
With the blinds at 15K/35K, William Blais moved his short stack all-in from under the gun. Blais’ neighbour, Michael O’brien re-shoved to isolate, and the action moved to Nghi van Tran, the big stack at the table, who cut out calling chips and went deep into the tank. This was a beautiful sight to Massey, who was waiting in the small blind with pockets aces. Van Tran found the fold button after a few minutes, and Massey quickly moved his 1,050,000 chip stack into the middle.

The three-way pre-flop all-in sent Blais to the rail, put a big dent in O’brien’s stack and let Massey more than double his chips.
