Ruben Perceval arrived at the final table with lots of chips and got more than his fair share of good cards in the early going, but the cards turned against him before long, leading him to finish in fifth place.

Although he started off running hot, the longer play went at the final table, the colder his cards got. On his final hand, he moved all in from the button for roughly five big blinds and picked up a call from the big blind. Perceval’s Jack of Hearts 10 of Clubs ran into Ace of Hearts 7 of Clubs, and it was over when his opponent turned an ace.

Perceval will collect $30,000 for the deep run.
