Alexandre Nadeau-Levesque just eliminated Samuel Tsehai in eighth place, following a battle of the blinds.
The players were beginning to feel the pressure of the blinds, as they had crept up to 80K/160K. Tsehai had a relatively short stack, and Nadeau-Levesque was looking to steal his neighbour’s big blind so when the action folded around to him, he put his opponent all in. Tsehai met the shove with a snap call, and hands were tabled.

Tsehai was unable to connect with the board and hit the rail in eighth place, good enough to collect $16,000.
Victor Adams was the next to leave the final table following a wild, three-way pre-flop all in. Victor Adams woke up with pocket queens but ran into Raymond Latinsky’s pocket aces and George James’ big slick. The ace-high flop allowed Latinsky to nearly triple his stack, deal James a heavy blow and send Adams to the rail in seventh place. Adams will take home $20,000 for the final table appearance.
