The final event of the WSOP-C Playground is Event #7 – $500 + $50 Pot Limit Omaha. The tournament got under way at 1:00pm and we currently have 92 players at the tables. The tournament board shows 133 entries, including 26 re-entries. This is a 1-day tournament with a $50K guarantee and unlimited re-entries permitted until the beginning of level 9 (i.e.; until 5:30pm).
At the break between levels 4 and 5 we hit the tournament floor to see if any players had gathered interesting stacks. Sure enough Jeremiah Bolahood is the only player thus far with more than 100,000 chips, 100,800 to be exact. Ray Haddad is hot on his trail with 86,200 chips and closing fast.
The players are still coming in so we expect the number of entries to grow.
