We currently have 82 players in the PLO tournament as the late registration period slowly comes to a close.  In total 186 entries were logged, including 63 re-entries.  Things are moving along nicely and players are busting at a steady rate.

While the players took a short break, we went to the tables to establish a new leader board.  Raffi Nahabedian is in the lead with 178,300.  Only 55,000 separate all the players on the leader board, so anything can happen.

The final event of the WSOP-C Playground is Event #7 – $500 + $50 Pot Limit Omaha. The tournament got under way at 1:00pm and we currently have 92 players at the tables.  The tournament board shows 133 entries, including 26 re-entries.  This is a 1-day tournament with a $50K guarantee and  unlimited re-entries permitted until the beginning of level 9 (i.e.; until 5:30pm).

At the break between levels 4 and 5 we hit the tournament floor to see if any players had gathered interesting stacks.  Sure enough Jeremiah Bolahood is the only player thus far with more than 100,000 chips, 100,800 to be exact. Ray Haddad is hot on his trail with 86,200 chips and closing fast.

The players are still coming in so we expect the number of entries to grow.

Event 7 of the WSOP-C Playground is none other than the $500 + $50 Pot Limit Omaha. PLO players have been restless for over a week, some playing other tournaments to sooth the itch, others playing PLO cash, because 4 cards are twice as fun!

The PLO Event, also a ring event, is a 1-day tournament with a $50K guarantee and of course, unlimited re-entries permitted until the beginning of level 9. Players having until 5:30PM to join or re-enter, you can be sure that chips will fly!
