There are two important announcements to make about the tournament schedule for today, August 31st, in the WSOP-C Playground. Both announcements come as a result of the overwhelming success of today’s Day 1D flight in the Main Event, in which there are currently 828 entries with late registration (and re-entry) available throughout the day.
First, tonight’s $100 + $10 WSOP-C Playground Main Event Mega Satellite, which was scheduled to begin at 8:00pm, has been cancelled.
The second announcement is that tonight’s Day 1A flight in the $300 + $30 Closer event WILL be held as usual beginning at 6:00pm. The adjustment being made for tonight’s starting flight is that alternates will be capped at 50 entries tonight.
