Level 1 is now complete, and another swarm of players have entered the building and have been assigned seats in this final flight of the Wild $150. The board now shows 288 entries, with still just over an hour and a half left until the registration period is over.

The cards are now in the air here in the final flight of the Wild $150, and at the moment there are 217 players seated at the tables, with more streaming in by the minute. Registration will remain open for four 30-minute levels, as well as the first break, so players will have until around 9:40pm to enter this blockbuster event!

Tonight is the fourth and final flight of the Wild $150, the opening event in this Playground Winter Festival. There is a combined total of 1105 entries so far after three starting flights, which means that the $100,000 guarantee has already been surpassed, and we can expect to see a large number of players here tonight. The tournament will begin at 7:30pm, with late registration open through until the end of the first break, or roughly until 9:40pm.
So far 255 players have earned their seat into Day 2 of this event, which will be held at 1 pm this Sunday, March 1st. Be sure not to miss your chance of claiming a piece of this massive prize pool!

Play has moved into the final level to be played in this third of four starting flights in Event 1 – The Wild $150. In the past couple of levels, quite a few players have chipped up to over 100K – and two players have build up their stacks to over 200K.
The chip leader going into level 13 is Stacy Levac who has already passed the 220K mark, followed closely by Vasilios “Billy” Skavounos with about 210K. Billy has profited from a fortunate table change – his table closed shortly after the last break and he was moved to a table that seated 2 of the other 5 leaders at that time – and it’s clear he’s had the best of the action since.
The players have returned from their second break and during the first 8 levels of play, 6 players have managed to grow stacks over 100K in chips while the flight’s average stack remains under 40K!
Behind this group are quite a few players in the 75K – 90K range, and with almost 5 full levels left to be played, there’s more than enough time for anyone still playing to catch and pass the current leaders!

The players are back from their break and now that late registration has closed we can report that there were a total of 434 entries in today’s flight, which takes the total for Event 1 so far all the way up to 1,105 total entries – far past the number required to meet the guarantee, and getting into certified “monster prize pool” territory!
During the break we didn’t try and put together the list of chip leaders – but a quick survey of the room indicated at least 4-5 players already approaching the 80K range – which will put those players in a good position to think about a deep run in the event!
The players in Day 1c have taken their first short break of the day, and once this break is over, registration will be closed for this third starting flight in The Wild $150. The number of entries was up to 430 at the end of the level, so it will grow just little bit beyond that – we’ll have the final number in just a few minutes.
Today’s starting flight in The Wild $150 is approaching the end of level 2 and with about an hour and 15 minutes of late registration still available, registration is already up to 391 entries! So far this is the largest of the starting days in the event with more players still to come.
