David Bolduc Hamel is on a roll on this final table, and just scored his second knockout. He opened to 70,000 form UTG, and was put to the test by an all-in of 337,000 from Nacime Boulahfa from the button. After a minute in the tank, David made the call.
It started off well for Nacime, as he flopped two pair, but David caught up with a straight on the board
Moments later, Jean-Philippe Caron moved in his short stack, and Harley made the call, committed by the big blind.
Harley’s straight was good enough to bring us down to three players. However another casualty occurred on the next hand, as Adam Hamaoui moved in for his last 275,000 from the small blind, and was called by David in the big blind.
They both paired the board, but David’s pair of aces was best on the board.
5th place: Nacime Boulahfa – $1,400
5th place: Jean-Philippe Caron – $1,875
3rd place: Adam Hamaoui – $2,400
