2017/02/06 - 20:14 by Jôle Simard

The pace of the game had been slowing down a little bit, and our 4 finalists had been mostly buying blinds for the duration of the last level. Then Jeremy Galin, with more than a million in chips, raised to 200K from the button. Bianca Perron decided to go all-in from the small blind position, and when Patrick St-Laurent got out of the way, Jeremy quickly called and they went to the board:

Bianca Perron: 7 of Diamonds 7 of Clubs
Jeremy Galin:   King of Hearts King of Spades

Board: 6 of Diamonds Jack of Diamonds 3 of Spades 6 of Clubs 2 of Diamonds

Bianca’s sevens had run into kings. An unfortunate turn of events, but she now cashes $1,670, making things a little easier. Congratulations!

Bianca Perron
