We missed his last hand, but Alexander Matveev was our first Day 2 casualty. The hand after, Miltiadis Mavrigiannakis got it in against Albert Elkaim with King of Clubs King of Diamonds 7 of Diamonds 4 of Hearts against Ace of Clubs Queen of Clubs Ace of Hearts 9 of Diamonds. All 8 cards were tabled, and the dealer opened the community cards: 2 of Clubs 2 of Spades 4 of Clubs 7 of Spades 6 of Hearts. With these 2 ejections, Brian Birenbaum was moved to the shortest table.

A good performance by both players, having outlasted nearly 80% of the field. Players continue until 2 more eliminations bring the survivors on the final table.
