With 230 players in the Bounty field, the payouts are composed of 27 individual prizes. Here are the details of the prize pool, with 7,160.00$ reserved for the winner. On top of all that capital, players will be hunting for $150 Bounties. It’s a good feeling to have your buy-in reimbursed mid-way through an Event, which is why this format is so popular.

We were expecting quite a big field to storm Event 11, the $150 + $30 + $150 NL Hold’em 50/50 Bounty tournament, but it’s safe to say that the turnout exceeded all predictions. 3 levels into the Event, and already the maximum number of players (190 + 40 alternates) have been reached! Registration is therefore officially closed.

This is shaping up to be a fun night at Playground Poker Club. Day 1b of the Main Event is still going in the tournament hall, cash games a-plenty, and a lot of interesting characters are populating our Bounty Event, including a panda hat and a flickering tuque!

Tonight, the 50/50 Bounty format is back. Last Wednesday, the $1,100 Bounty attracted 145 players. Tonight, the $150 + $30 + $150 buy-in, with its greater accessibility, addresses a wider audience, and we expect a great number of players to answer the call.

Players will start momentarily, with a 20K starting stack, and the levels will be 20-minute long. Every single elimination will see a $150 Bounty chip change hands, and players will be collecting them throughout the tournament, to be redeemed at the cashier. You can late register into this Event until the end of the first break, or around 9:30pm.

This evening at 8:00pm, the side events in the Playground Winter Festival resume with a $150 + $30 + $150 NL Hold’em 50/50 Bounty tournament. Every player in the tournament will contribute $150 of their buy-in to the normal prize pool and another $150 will go to a Bounty chip in that amount that must be given to the player who eliminates another player in the tourney.

Players tonight will start with 20K in chips and blinds will be 20 minutes long throughout the tournament. With a $15,000 prize pool guarantee, it’s sure to end up with some great prizes for everyone that manages to cash in the event as well!
