The registration period is now closed in Day 1D, and a rush of entries during the break brought the total number for the flight up to 209 players. Adding this to the 446 entries already in the bank, and we have 655 total entries after 4 flights, with 2 more flights to go.

Players in Day 1c of The $250 Frenzy are now bagging their chips on to Day 2. 35 of them managed to survived the 14 levels, and will be back on Monday night for the continuation of this Event. A full list of qualifiers and chip counts will be made available shortly, but here are a few spoilers: Ali Awada went on a breakaway, putting a whole lot of distance between the rest of the field and himself. His ascent has been strong and steady, and it is only fitting to see him at the top of his flight, with over 300K. Gianfranco Giordano is back in the leaders’ circle, in 2nd place, with a little over 200K, while Patrick Boisvert chipped down considerably, result of a big bluff gone awry.
All survivors will meet the other qualifiers on Monday February 6th at 7pm, on Day 2.
Stay tuned for Day 1d coverage, or better yet, come play it!
