Day 1B of The $250 Frenzy is nearing the end of level 2, and attendance has climbed up over 100 players. Late registration will remain open until the end of the first break at 8:15pm, so it’s not too late to jump into the action.

The next big multi-flight event of the Playground Poker Winter Festival is already underway, as The $250 Frenzy prepares for Day 1B at 6pm tonight. Day 1A has just wrapped up, and 22 of the 111 entries have qualified a stack for Day 2. The tournament follows a next-flight re-entry format, allowing for players to participate in multiple starting flights while attempting to qualify for Day 2. Should a player qualify more than one stack, only the biggest stack will move forward.
This event features 6 starting flights over 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and boasts a guaranteed prize-pool of $200,000. All the surviving players from the 6 flights will return to the felts on Monday evening for Day 2, followed by the conclusion of the event on Day 3 Tuesday night. Each flight will play through 14 levels of 30 minutes each, and players will begin the day with a 20,000 starting stack.
As per usual, late registration will remain open through until the end of the first break, allowing players to jump into the tournament up until 8:15pm tonight. Saturday and Sunday flights are scheduled at 10am and 6pm on each day.
See you on the felts!
