We’ve reached the final table in Event 3 of the Playground Poker Winter Festival, and the 10 finalists have just taken their seats and resumed action as they play down towards our tournament champion. The winner is set to take home a cool $43,000 cash prize, as well as a Winter Festival Champion’s Trophy.

Isaac Buswell leads the field with roughly 3.7 million, while Naghibollah Noori holds the second largest stack with around 2.8 million. There will be a short break in 20 minutes, at which point we will publish the full counts of the remaining players.

Congratulations on reaching the final table, and good luck!

Jean Allan Christine opened from middle position, and Michael Malm defended his big blind. With 2 of Diamonds 7 of Spades 10 of Hearts showing, Michael checked over to Jean Allan, who moved all-in for a little over 300K, roughly 3/4 pot. Michael made the call holding just the bottom pair, which was good at the time.

Michael: Ace of Hearts 2 of Clubs
Jean Allan: Queen of Hearts 9 of Diamonds

The turn 10 of Spades and river Jack of Hearts brought no change to the hand, and Michael scored the elimination.

The $250 Frenzy is now down to 10 players, forming the final table of Event 3.

11th place: Jean Allan Christine – $2,600.00

Saccucci drops in 12th place

After finding a key double-up with Queen of Spades Queen of Clubs versus the 10 of Hearts 10 of Spades of Isaac Buswell, Jordan Saccucci saw most of his stack disappear in a flip versus Presten Cloutier, where his 8 of Hearts 8 of Diamonds fell short to the Ace of Hearts 9 of Spades of Presten.

Moments later he moved in for his final few big blinds holding King of Diamonds 9 of Diamonds, but could not over come the Ace of Diamonds 7 of Spades of neighbour Benoit Lord to end his run in 12th place.

12th place: Jordan Saccucci – $2,600.00
