Sylvain Siebert doesn’t seem to do anything “small” and his exit from today’s Day 1A was certainly no exception.

and the action went check-check-check once again to Garry Jansen – and then the fireworks began. He bet 3K, the two early position players folded and action returned to Sylvain. He raised to 13.5K, only to be met with a click back raise to 24K from Garry. Sylvain then announced “raise” without yet specifying his amount – and before Sylvain could finish specifying the amount of the raise, Garry said “all-in” and Sylvain finished the action he was in the midst of – he was happily all-in as well.

Garry had made a bigger full house on the river, and Sylvain was sent to the rail. Garry is now the overall chip leader playing around 140K going into the dinner break.
