The two biggest stacks that emerged from Day 1B have just clashed in a big pot.

Hendrik Latz opened to 9K, and Jean-Pascal Savard flat-called the bet before Michel-Claude Baroud 3-bet all-in for a little over 150K. Hendrik tanked for a moment before letting go of his cards, and this was followed by a snap-call by Jean-Pascal.

Jean-Pascal: King of Clubs King of Spades
Michel-Claude: 10 of Clubs 10 of Diamonds

Michel-Claude picked up a gut-shot on the flop, but fell short on the 9 of Spades 8 of Hearts Queen of Spades 3 of Diamonds 6 of Hearts board to go down near the money-bubble. Jean-Pascal climbed up above 450K with that hand, and is now amongst the top stacks in the field.
