Event 4 – The $1,100 WPT Warm-up – resumes momentarily, and ten players are still on the quest for the fourth Playground Poker Fall Classic bracelet of this series, which is accompanied by a cool $61,390 payday.

Leading the field is Mike Lafable (1,810,000 chips), a local regular who is searching for his second bracelet of the series. Mike outlasted a field of 1,464 in Event 1 – The Wild $150 – to claim the bracelet, and the $30,600 prize that came with it. He began Day 2 of the WPT Warm-up as one of the shorter stacks, but steadily grew his stack throughout the day to eventually take over the chip lead in the last levels of play.

Right on his tail is Faisal Khan (1,748,000 chips), who found himself amongst the top stacks for most of Day 2. When the field dropped to two tables, Faisal went on a rush, knocking out 3 players along the way and amassing an impressive stack.

These two players amount to just over 50% of the chips in play, and the next player on the leaderboard is sitting on a stack equal to less than half of the one of Faisal or Mike.

Vlad Faubert, a local pro who is a fierce competitor on the tables, has also made the final table, and sits on a stack of 461,000 chips.

Online sensation TJ ‘1bigacehole’ Ulmer is also amongst the final ten, and is bringing 345,000 chips to this final table, along with his years of experience in tournament play. He is rated amongst the best (if not THE best) online players worldwide, and will definitely be one to watch out for on this final table.

Mike Lafable, who took down the first event of this edition of the Playground Poker Fall Classic, has been steadily growing his stack over the course of this Day 2.

He recently eliminated Ioannis Pentefountas to take over the chip lead of the tournament. We missed the action, but with a considerable amount of chips already in the pot before the river, Ioannis found himself all-in on a board showing . He table for three of a kind, but lost to Mike’s straight, who was holding .

With that pot, Mike has climbed well over the 1 million chip mark, sitting on approximately 1,350,000 chips. He is directly to the left of TJ Ulmer, who owns roughly 770,000 chips, good for 3rd in chips. Faisail Khan is currently second on the leaderboard with around 840,000 chips.

Erik Lemarquand opened from the button, and was 3bet by Mike Lafable from the big blind. Holding roughly 15 big blinds, Erik decided this was the right time for him to move all-in, but unfortunately for him he was in bad shape.

Online phenomenon TJ Ulmer, better known as his online alias ‘1bigacehole’, has just taken over the chip lead deep in this WPT Warm-up Event.

In a recent hand, he called an all-in on the turn by Douglas James. TJ tabled for aces up on a board, and was far ahead of Douglas’s . The river was a meaningless , and TJ added over 150K in new chips to his already impressive stack.

TJ now sits with around 650K, and is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
