Mukul Pahuja has had a lot of success here in Montreal, as he finished 2nd in last years WPT Montreal. He was trying to improve on that result this year, but ended up falling a little short of his goal, placing in 3rd out of the 732 player starting field.
In the last hand, Mukul picked up a premium for 3-handed play and found all his chips in the middle, but he was called by an even bigger hand. His was dwarfed by the of Jonathan Jaffe, who managed to make a full house on the to eliminate Mukul.
We are now heads up between Jonathan Jaffe and Ratharam Sivagnanam!
3rd place: Mukul Pahuja – $201,920
