In a few moments, Day 2 of Event 9 – $10,000 + $400 No Limit Hold’em High-Roller will begin. We saw 66 players register in this 3-day tournament, including many big names in the poker world such as Jason Mercier, Scott Clements, the Greenwood brothers (Lucas, Max and Samuel), Mike Yeah, Eugene Katchelov, just to name a few.

33 players have made it through to day 2, and play is scheduled for 10 levels of 1-hour today. Leading the field is WSOP-bracelet and WSOP-C ring winner Charles-Alexandre Sylvestre, who bagged an impressive 291,250 chips yesterday. Darren Elias is not too far behind, with 219,250 chips, and the rest of the field falls below the 120,000 mark. With blinds starting at 400/800/a100 today, there is still a lot of poker to be played!

Event 9 of the Playground Poker Fall Classic is a $10,000 + $400 NL Hold’em High Roller event. The event attracted a total of 66 entries, which generated a prize pool of $640,200.00. This prize pool will be distributed according to the following table.

High Roller – Day 2 seating draw & chip counts

Event 9 in the Playground Poker Fall Classic is the High Roller event, a $10,000 + $400 NL Hold’em event that will run over 3 days. Day 1 is complete after 8 full levels of play and of the 66 players who started the event, exactly 33 remain.

The tournament will resume at 1pm on November 25th. There has been a full seating redraw – when play resumes in level 9 the players will take their seats as per this table. The chip counts included are provided by players when they sealed the chips in bags. Bags will be unsealed by players when they return for the start of Day 2.

While the WPT Montreal plays down from 27 to 18 players this afternoon, Playground Poker is also hosting the beginning of the $10,000 + $400 High Roller tournament. There are already 34 players at the tables with late registration set to continue for over 6 hours, so that number will definitely go up, and possibly quite significantly.

Players start the event with 30K in chips. Play will be 8-handed from the beginning of the tournament, and blind levels are one hour in length for the whole event.
