Today at noon, the final event of the 2014 Playground Poker Fall Classic will begin. The tournament is Event 13, a $200 + $30 + $100 NL Hold’em – where the third figure represents the amount that each player will give as a bounty to the player that eliminates them from the tourney!

Bounty events are the traditional wrap-up events in festivals held here at Playground Poker Club, and because there are two ways to cash – by finishing in the money OR by winning bounties by eliminating players – these events attract a lot of attention.

In addition, staff are permitted to play in this final event provided their work schedule permits, which provides an additional layer of fun as the camaraderie that has developed between staff and players really flourishes across the table when a bounty is at stake.

Bottom line – the final event of the festival is always one of the best in terms of pure fun to be had – as well as a great prize pool, a bounty per player, and of course the champion’s bracelet!
